What you need to register
- Please contact the registrar at 760-336-4303
- Once you speak with the registrar you will need a parent portal in order to complete the online registration process
- Items you will need to bring for registration:
- Verification that you live within our school boundaries (electric bill, phone bill, gas bill, water bill, the verification document must show the date within a month of registration, the parent or guardian name, and the ADDRESS of residence)
- Immunization records and birth certificate
- Transcript and withdrawal grades from previous school
- Students living with a relative other than their parents will need a notarized caregiver form or if a family is living with relatives they will need a caregiver form

To request transcripts by mail fill out the transcript request form and include driver's license or state ID along with a $2 processing fee (check or money order payable to: Central Union High School). Request can be mailed to:

Transcripts can be requested by and released to the person who's name is on the transcript. Transcripts can also be requested in person at the main office of the school from 7:30am-3:30pm. $2 processing fee - cash only. Proof of ID is required upon request. Please allow 3-5 business days to process transcript request..
